She attributes her consistent sales achievement to constructing long term relationships, consistent communication, hard work, and not being afraid to refer clients to other subject matter experts.
Starting her career with Monster.com when it was a startup exposed her to how powerful marketing and more specifically internet marketing and advertising is to any business. Monster also sparked her passion for Human Capital Management: Finding, retaining and valuing employees. Over the years Christine has spoken to many audiences about these subjects as well as the importance of mentoring and succession planning for business leadership.
